Starting from the well-developed trailhead for Sharp Top Mountain.

The first half mile of the Sharp Top Mountain Trail is particularly well-groomed.

After crossing a dirt road, the trail becomes slightly less well-maintained.

Looking back down as the trail ascends.

Some stairs on the ascent.

A couple of nice views on the ascent.

Very pretty mossy rocks and stairs added some personality to the trail.

Junction with the Buzzards Roost viewpoint. Sharp Top Mountain goes left.

More very pretty stairs constructed on the way up to Sharp Top Mountain.

Sharp Top Mountain ahead.

Shelter on Sharp Top Mountain.

Nice sign and comically over-constructed summit of Sharp Top Mountain.

Flat Top Mountain visible on the right.

Close-up of Flat Top Mountain

More summit shots of Sharp Top Mountain and the little shelter.
