I reached the Old Railroad Grade Fire Road, following it until this junction where I complete the loop portion of the hike later. I headed right first, up the Fern Creek Trail.

The Fern Creek Trail crosses a paved road before ascending to the Mount Tamalpais - East Peak parking lot.

After a short walk along the paved summit road, I took this dirt road up to the Middle Peak.

The high point itself is off-limits, but I got to the highest legal point possible, seen here.
I backtracked and took the Miller Trail back down.
