Mesa Lakes and Lost Lake GPX Track

I need to offset my substantial website costs somehow! You can download a hike/drive GPX to assist you here. Before sharing my GPX tracks with others, please remember my site is otherwise a free resource.

This short hike on Colorado's Grand Mesa follows a really popular trail starting from Mesa Lakes. The Lost Lake Trail heads south from Mesa Lake #2, past South Mesa Lake, and then switchbacks a couple of ties to reach the east side of Lost Lake. This gorgeous lake is surprisingly colorful with green water, and it's situation in a nice bowl-like feature nestled at the base of steep talus slopes. It takes a tiny bit of elevation loss to get down to Lost Lake. I really liked this one, despite its shortness and popularity.
