Looking north back toward the road leading through east Zion.

Within a gully on our way into the backcountry.

Following a drainage south.

The Triplets ahead, Lost Peak peeking out on the right. We would do Lost Peak first and visit The Triplets on the way back.

The Triplets, seen from the north ridge of Lost Peak. Nippletop Peak on the left.

Heading up to Lost Peak.

Nearing the summit of Lost Peak. Class 3.

Along the north ridge on our way up Lost Peak, view northwest.

Lost Peak summit ahead.

Some scrambling to gain Lost Peak's summit.

Lost Peak, view east toward The Triplets.

Continuing along the summit ridge of Lost Peak.

View southwest along the Lost Peak ridgeline.

Class 2/3 slabs on the way down Lost Peak's south ridge.

Looking back toward Lost Peak (left) and The Triplets (right) on our way farther south.

Heading south on sand and washes.

Along the way, we hit Parunuweap Peak, but I don't think I took a photo on its insignificant summit. This was taken close to it, though.

Continuing south from Parunuweap Peak, a gorgeous gash on the east side.

Some great hoodoos and slickrock on our way to the Crawford Overlook.

A somewhat tedious saddle we'd have to get down to in order to get to the viewpoint ahead.

More gorgeous slickrock, view north toward Lost Peak and The Triplets.

Approaching the Crawford Overlook.

Crawford Overlook, view southwest.

Crawford Overlook, view southeast.

Another view near the Crawford Overlook, looking northwest.

On our way back, we made it to the saddle of Lost Peak and The Triplets. This is a shot looking west at Lost Peak. Earlier in the day, we came down the slope visible here.

Heading up the west slopes of The Triplets.

Class 2/3 stuff.

View of The Triplets from along the ridge.

A view somewhere along the ridgeline of The Triplets.

Working our way up to the second Triplet.

Class 3 to the second Triplet.

View toward the tallest Triplet (easternmost one).

Along the ridge to The Triplets high point.

Looking back as we head toward the third Triplet (high point).

The Triplets high point, view west.

The Triplets, view north. We headed down around here somewhere and followed a drainage back.
