May 25, 2014 — The hike to Jade Cove in California is a short, scenic walk along the rugged coastline of Big Sur. The trail led us through coastal scrub with great views of the Pacific Ocean. Jade Cove itself is known for its beautiful jade stones, which can sometimes be found along the beach.
