Aug 13, 2016 — This short trail visits the best of Garden of the Gods, a popular feature outside of Colorado Springs. In order to escape the crowds for a little bit, I added on the Scotsman Loop, a short loop within the park.Garden of the Gods Park is in Colorado Springs, so don't expect solitude, but the sandstone formations are pretty. A lot of the formations can be seen from the road, but it's always worth a little hike to see things close-up. The Scotsman Loop wasn't particularly interesting, but it's always a nice time to get some more mileage in.
