Starting from the parking area, looking toward where a bunch of people were putting their boats into Lincoln Lake.

A lookout point shortly after starting on the Lake Loop Trail.

Lake Loop Trail stays close to the lake, but in my opinion missed the mark. There could have been a lot more areas where viewpoints were visible.

Slightly off trail for a second to check out Lincoln Lake.

Looking north toward the dam. I'll be hiking across that dam looking back this way later.

Lincoln Lake along the Lake Loop Trail.

Eagle View.

Along the Lower Eagle View Loop Trail.

Sandstone cliffs along the Lower Eagle View Loop Trail.

Lower Eagle View Loop Trail meets back up with the Lake Loop Trail, right where it started. It was pretty, but meh.

Along the Lake Loop Trail.

Crossing a creek at the south end of Lincoln Lake.

Now onto the east side of Lincoln Lake. It was mostly just a woods walk without many views, at least in summer.

Eventually the trail enters a meadow leading to the dam.

Nice views as you head across the dam.

That rock butte was a view spot from earlier in the day.

Approaching the entrance to Lincoln Lake.
