Crack Canyon GPX Track

I need to offset my substantial website costs somehow! You can download a hike/drive GPX to assist you here. Before sharing my GPX tracks with others, please remember my site is otherwise a free resource.

Crach Canyon is a somewhat popular nontechnical canyon in the San Rafael Swell. Located along the behind-the-reef road, Crack Canyon has some really pretty narrows and interesting textures, and aside from some light scrambling to overcome some obstacles it's just a pleasant hike in a gorgeous landscape. There were a couple of short Class 3 moves through the canyon, and only one of them had webbing to assist in climbing back up when I visited. I'd like to think I saw the entirety of Crack Canyon since I followed it until the canyon started opening up into a wash on the south side of the Swell.

After the main narrows, Crack Canyon begins to open up, but there are still a ton of interesting things to see.

I turned around when Crack Canyon opened up and the rock formations stopped being as cool, shortly after this photo was taken.
