Chamisal Mountain via Lost Coast Trail GPX Track

I need to offset my substantial website costs somehow! You can download a hike/drive GPX to assist you here. Before sharing my GPX tracks with others, please remember my site is otherwise a free resource.

Chamisal Mountain can be reached via a short, steep hike from its north side. However, I wanted to extend the hike a bit and use the Lost Coast Trail, starting from the Hidden Valley Trailhead. The trail starts along a dirt road and passes a nice meadow. Past here the trail ascends through the forest and is pretty much completely enclosed by trees. The hike meets with the shorter, more standard route for Chamisal Mountain and continues along the ridgeline. The summit has a nice lookout with a bench.
