Castle Rock Loop GPX Track

I need to offset my substantial website costs somehow! You can download a hike/drive GPX to assist you here. Before sharing my GPX tracks with others, please remember my site is otherwise a free resource.

This short loop firsts heads down to a great overlook of the New River Gorge before setting off on the Castle Rock Trail, which hugs beautiful cliff faces and has great views of the gorge. I enjoyed this unqiue trail, despite being very short. The trail ends at a junction with the Grandview Rim Trail, which I followed south back to the trailhead. The Grandview Rim Trail here is uneventful and the views are obscured by trees. I'd recommend actually just taking the Castle Rock Trail back, foregoing the western section of the loop.
