This report is from before I put more time into writing and taking route photos, so it may not be very helpful. I'm keeping it up for the memories, and will one day hopefully return to better document. Find other reports in this region.

Mar 6, 2015 — The El Cajon Mountain follows a dirt road for its majority to the summit, with ample ups and downs as it weaves its way up the west ridge of the peak. The last bit does have a nice trail, which leads to the high point.
